Bristol WORKS is building an innovative education, business and community partnership that aims to raise the aspirations of young people and their parents/carers through the development of experience of work opportunities and clear post 16 pathways for all young people. WORKS recognised that there are more opportunities for young people to engage with the working world than just a traditional work experience. Using an experience of work framework, WORKS collaborates with schools, provisions and employers to develop a bespoke careers plan and programme of activity for students that is both aspirational and showcases the diverse opportunities available within the City.
