Employability Skills
Movement to Work helps employers deliver high-quality employability opportunities for young people aged 16-30 facing barriers to work. As a registered UK charity, we offer fully funded support to businesses interested in youth employment.
Our mission is to help young people gain access to great work experiences and expose organisations to fresh, untapped talent. On this webpage, we’re sharing resources from across our vast network, curated to assist the early recruitment journey and improve the chances of young people nailing their desired role!
Too often, young people get stuck in the ‘no experience, no job cycle’. We’re here to help change that by ensuring businesses offer great opportunities to give that experience, and by sharing the tools and resources we think can help bolster confidence along the way.
