We are a vital support network for 16-24 year olds who have no one else to turn to. We provide everything from hot food, showers and laundry to finding them accommodation, training and employment.

Inevitably young people experiencing homelessness struggle to find the opportunities and support they need to get a foot on the career ladder but increasingly, especially given the lack of housing, finding work is one of the best ways to also get somewhere to live.

70% of the young people that come to us are not in work and so our Employment Team offer an all-encompassing package of help when they are ready to start job hunting. Our jobs hub formally runs three days a week, with one-to-one and group support on offer and live job and training vacancies listed each week. The team offer practical support with everything from applying for National Insurance numbers and bank accounts but also offer the emotional support that is needed to build confidence for when interviews eventually come.
