Matt is the Country Managing Director of Accenture’s UK and Ireland (UKI) business and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. In this role, Matt steers the growth, strategy, and overall performance of Accenture across these dynamic and diverse markets, ensuring the firm delivers exceptional, high-impact solutions to its clients. Matt is invested in advancing the company’s R&D and investment strategy, spearheading the development of breakthrough capabilities such as Accenture’s AI Experience Studios in London and Dublin, and the flagship global innovation hub, The Dock, located in Ireland. Before taking the helm of the UK, and Ireland business, Matt led Data and AI for EMEA. He worked with C-suite executives and boards of the world’s leading organisations, helping them accelerate their Data and AI reinvention to enhance competitiveness, grow profitability, and deliver sustainable value. Matt is a frequent speaker on, and passionate about, topics of innovation, leadership, AI and technology and diversity in the workplace.
