Movement to Work

Andreia joined MtW as Project Delivery, Events and Comms Manager in October 2023. She is seconded from the Civil Service Fast Stream and has previously worked in the Ministry of Justice, with experience in operational delivery, internal communications and procurement activity. 

 

Andreia is beyond excited to be joining the Movement and lead on Project and Events Management alongside managing our social media channels to drive engagement with the Movement and organise our CEO Summit and Youth Employability Awards 2024. 

 

The movement particularly aligns with Andreia’s experience in Social Mobility Networks to break the vicious ‘no experience – no job’ cycle preventing young people from stepping onto the career ladder. 

 

Outside of work, Andreia enjoys listening to music, reading books and watching movies. She also loves to cook and bake for her family and friends as well as attend Chelsea football games (when they are cheap).
