Movement to Work

Henry joined Movement to Work (MtW) in August 2025, following 11 years with BAE Systems, covering multiple roles across Commercial, Business Development, Communications and Project Management.

 

Henry joined BAE Systems as a Business Apprentice in 2014. Notably working on various sales campaigns and being one of the dedicated event managers, running events both nationally & internationally. They have provided a foundation to make the transition to MtW and make a positive contribution to the charity. His role within MtW primarily covers Employer Engagement & Account Management, Communications Management & Event Support.

 

Henry lives with his wife in the North West and in his spare time enjoys walks with his labrador ‘Nellie’, playing 5-a-side football and training for the Great North Run in September 25.
