Movement to Work

Justyna joined Movement to Work in September 2025 as the Next-Gen AI Skills Programme Lead on secondment from Accenture, where she works in the financial services sector. Her focus is on helping clients decarbonise their supply chains and reduce building emissions. Passionate about sustainability and innovation, Justyna aims to leverage AI platforms to drive down carbon outputs and optimise building operations to improve overall CO₂ efficiency.

Outside of work, Justyna is a purple belt in kickboxing – on track to earn her black belt – and enjoys staying active at the gym.
