Kelli Woodhouse – Head of Partnerships & Regional Engagement
Kelli joined Movement to Work in March 2026 as Head of Partnerships and Regional Engagement, on secondment from Marks & Spencer.
She has spent 13 years with Marks & Spencer, beginning her career within the Visual Merchandising team before moving into the North East People Team, where she has worked for the past five years. In this role, Kelli has led local recruitment activity, supported leadership development initiatives, and partnered closely with The King’s Trust through the Marks and Start employability programme.
Based in Washington, Tyne and Wear, Kelli lives with her husband, Michael. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the local countryside and rounding off the day with a cosy pub meal.
