Kelvin Anderson – Head of Talent & Regional Development
Kelvin joined the Movement to Work team in October 2025 on secondment from Tesco, where he has worked for over 18 years across a variety of roles in both stores and the office.
His experience spans operational, commercial, and audit functions. Kelvin is also Chair of Tesco’s LGBTQ+ Network, leading a team of dedicated colleagues that work tirelessly for LGBTQ+ inclusion across the UK. He is passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds – helping to create a workplace culture where everyone feels like they not only belong, but can thrive, at work.
Outside of work, Kelvin lives in Flitwick with his partner Robert, their two cats April and Peaches, and their dog Willow. He enjoys attending gigs and festivals with friends, taking long dog walks through the countryside, and watching football, rugby, and Formula 1.
