Sadie Drinkwater – Project Delivery, Events and Comms Manager
Sadie joined MtW as Project Delivery, Events and Comms Manager in April 2023. She is seconded from the Civil Service Fast Stream and has previously worked in the Ministry of Defence and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs with experience in technical financial reporting, public communications and strategic policy development.
Sadie is excited to be joining the Movement and to lead on Project and Events Management alongside managing our social media channels to drive engagement with the Movement as we launch our 2023 Ten Year Anniversary / Hero campaign.
The movement particularly aligns with Sadie’s passion and experience in Social Mobility Networks to break the vicious ‘no experience – no job’ cycle preventing young people from stepping onto the career ladder.
Outside of work, Sadie enjoys living an active lifestyle and you can find her after work at spinning, boxing and yoga classes. She loves to cook for friends, makes a mean lasagna and is also a member of a West End musical choir.
