Why did you opt for a secondment at Movement to Work?
After taking time out on parental leave I came back to work with a desire to have a positive impact through my work.

Seeing impact in the market on a day-to-day basis. Freedom and Agility.
What were some of the key learnings you took away personally and professionally following your secondment?
It was a change of career direction for me. I wanted to focus on a positive impact on society. MtW gave me an opportunity to really step into the space
