Create opportunity,
unlock potential

We help employers open doors for young people – changing lives and realising future talent.

A young person on a Movement to Work placement

Every young person deserves the opportunity to fulfil their potential, and great employers create those opportunities.

We give free support to employers across the UK to help them create meaningful pathways to employment for young people aged 16-30 who face barriers to work.

We aim to break the 'no experience, no job' cycle through inclusive programmes that offer high-quality work experience, training and employment opportunities.

Working together – with employers, youth organisations, specialists and government – we aim to create momentum, expand opportunity, change lives and drive lasting change.
