We work with some of the UK's biggest employers to unlock potential and create opportunity.
Movement to Work is a voluntary coalition of employers committed to tackling youth unemployment. Together, our members have delivered hundreds of thousands of high-quality work experience placements and entry-level opportunities for young people who are not currently in education, employment or training. Each of our employer partners has signed up to a shared set of principles for offering quality placements, and to share what they learn with the wider Movement so the bar keeps rising.

How much does it cost to join Movement to Work?
Movement to Work is 100% free for employer partners. Our work is funded by the Movement and our supporters — there are no membership fees or charges for the support you receive.
What kind of opportunities can my organisation offer?
Anything from short tasters and skills sessions to multi-week placements and entry-level jobs. We work with you to design opportunities that fit your business while giving young people a meaningful experience.
How much time and resource does running a placement take?
We design programmes around what works for your team. Most placements run from one to six weeks, with our team helping you plan, recruit and deliver — so you don't have to build the programme from scratch.
What support does Movement to Work provide?
Free 1-2-1 account management, access to our partner network, programme design support, employer toolkits, peer learning events and the latest youth employment insights — all included.
