Jonathan Simpson – Head of Insights and Innovation

Jonathan joined Movement to Work at the beginning of January 2021. Following a career in market research, sport & leisure consultancy and working overseas, he joined the Civil Service in 2009.

Since entering the Civil Service, Jonathan has worked as an HR profession for a number of different departments including DWP, HMRC, Dstl and as the HR Business Partner for Border Force Heathrow based in Terminal 5.

Outside of work he enjoys playing golf and squash, learning languages and collecting art.
