Springpod and Marriott Virtual Work Experience

In collaboration with Movement to Work, Springpod and Marriott hotels have created a superb Hospitality Virtual Work Experience programme aimed at young people who are not in education, employment or training.

The virtual experience gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the hospitality industry and the variety of careers it offers.

You’ll take part in interactive activities, hear from real Marriott colleagues, and finish with a certification you can add to your CV or LinkedIn.

Whether you’re curious about food and drink, welcoming guests, or managing events – this is your chance to explore what a career in hospitality really means.

And the best part? There is a chance of turning your Virtual Work Experience learning into an in-person placement at Marriott! Locations, criteria and places are limited, but by completing the experience on Springpod you may be contacted by the Marriott team.
