Andrew Mines – Managing Director of Electric Thermal Solutions (ETS) (part of Spirax Group)
Andrew was appointed Managing Director of Electric Thermal Solutions (ETS), part of Spirax Group, in September of 2024. Andrew joined the Group in 2019 as Managing Director of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, and has been a member of the Spirax Group Executive Committee since his original appointment.
Prior to this, Andrew was the Executive Vice President of Global Construction Products of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) and was a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team. Andrew had a 23-year career with ITW comprising of engineering, sales, manufacturing, and senior roles in global Automotive and Construction sectors. Andrew is married with two daughters and one granddaughter.
He graduated from Winchester University with a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Design, Technology & Engineering, and in his spare time enjoys sport, gardening, cooking and socialising.
