Donna Duce – Head of Research, Insights and Innovation
Donna joined the Movement to Work team in January 2024 as Head of Research, Insights and Innovation on secondment from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Donna has worked in a number of Civil Service Departments for over 24 years and has been in the DWP for almost 11 years. She has a wealth of experience leading different-sized teams both within operational and corporate functions and in her most recent role Donna has been developing, delivering and promoting various youth initiatives across the Civil Service including Movement to Work.
When she’s not working Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her Old English Bulldog Shay whom she adopted from Leeds Dogs Trust in May 2022. She also enjoys going to her local gym and being out in the fresh air whenever possible.
Having two young daughters and leading the DWP Life Chances team for the past 4 years Donna understands how challenging it can be for young people and is passionate about providing the right support and creating opportunities which help our younger generation thrive.
