Emma Edmondson – Head of Regional Development (South)

Emma joined the Movement to Work team in January 2024 as Head of Regional Development (South) on secondment from Diageo. Here, Emma will help the team build its employer membership and develop strategic partnerships to ensure the growth of our impact.

Emma has worked for Diageo for over 6 years in roles across Global Partnerships, Advocacy, Corporate Relations and Commercial. Most recently, Emma worked in the Diageo in Society team, helping to progress the company’s global ESG targets in line with the UN’s 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. 

Based in London, in her spare time Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family, planning days out that don’t involve a toddler soft play centre, and hosting over-complicated games nights.
