Lauren O’Neill – Head of Regional Development
Lauren joined the Movement to Work team in January 2024 as Head of Regional Development on secondment from Marks & Spencer.
Lauren has worked for M&S for over 18 years in roles across Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scotland. She has a variety of experience in retail, encompassing commercial, operational and store management roles, during which she has managed a variety of teams.
Lately Lauren has been involved in the M&S People function within Scotland, which involves supporting new colleagues joining M&S across all levels as well as those aspiring to progress their careers in retail management.
Based in her home city of Edinburgh, in her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, planning holidays to new destinations, running in the local countryside and is also an active member of her local brass band.
