During lockdown, The Careers and Enterprises Company have been working hard with employers across the country to provide guidance on how to ensure “their encounters with young people are meaningful, and how to support schools and colleges”. This work has resulted in two brand new resources for employers:

• A Can-Do Guide for employers: providing advice, tips and best practice examples, designed to help employers “assess how to deliver careers over the next academic year based on the Gatsby Benchmarks”.
