We are pleased to be recruiting for the first cohort of Lambeth Full Potential, a specialist hospitality training and employment programme delivered by The Clink Charity in partnership with Lambeth Council.
The programme will support 16 young people aged 18–24 who are known to, or at risk of entering, the criminal justice system, across two cohorts of eight participants.
Only 8 places remain available for the first cohort, which starts in August 2026, so we are encouraging referral partners to submit referrals as soon as possible.
Participants will benefit from:
- A 12-week intensive hospitality training programme delivered in a real working environment.
- The opportunity to achieve up to five City & Guilds hospitality qualifications.
- Hands-on experience preparing and serving food in a professional setting.
- Dedicated support from a Support Worker and industry mentors throughout the programme.
- Access to paid employment opportunities and progression pathways within the hospitality sector upon successful completion.
In addition, The Clink Charity will continue to support care-experienced young people aged 17–25 through a separate programme this year.
If you work with young people who could benefit from this opportunity, please review the attached programme flyer and complete the referral form (through QR Code on flyer) at your earliest convenience.
