THE IMPACT CALCULATOR
The Impact Calculator enables employers to carry out a range of analysis on measurements including retention rates, positive outcomes, diversity ratios and return on investments.
Employers can use the outcomes of this calculator to review and evolve their programmes, or even to support with the creation of a compelling business case for running a Movement to Work work experience programmes.
OUR IMPACT SUMMARIES
In partnership with researchers at Oxford Insights and employers from both the public and private sectors, we’ve been able to calculate and report on the direct impact of MtW programmes.
