your voice matters!
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
YOUTH AMBASSADOR
What is Movement to Work?
Movement to Work (MtW) is a not-for-profit coalition of UK employers, youth-outreach organisations, training providers and government allies – all aiming to level the playing field for young people aged 16-30 facing barriers to work. MtW works with employers to design and implement brilliant work experience and vocational solutions for their organisation, either in-house or through one of our recommended training providers. Whilst people might not always see our brand front and centre, MtW has helped deliver over 190,000 work experience placements since 2013, working with employers to break the dreaded cycle of ‘no experience, no job’ that so many young people face.
MtW’s employer members include Accenture, BAE Systems, Barclays, Salesforce, Centrica, the Department for Work and Pensions, Diageo, IBM, Marks and Spencer, Marriott International, Natwest, NHS, Tesco, Hays, amongst many others.
Why youth voice matters
