In summer 2024, Movement to Work in collaboration with Oxford Insights, The King’s Trust and sponsored by Accenture, Microsoft, and GetMyFirstJob conducted research that proved the potential of generative AI (gen AI) to help young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET) seeking entry-level jobs.
Gen AI can simplify job applications by helping with CVs, cover letters, and interview prep. While most young people know about gen AI, few use it, often unsure of employers’ views.
