Keith Von Tersch – Youth Engagement Programme Lead

Keith joined Movement to Work in October 2024 as the Youth Engagement Programme Lead on secondment from Accenture where he specialises in delivering sustainability programmes. Keith has worked with clients across the public, private and charity sectors to reduce carbon emissions from buildings.

His background includes overseeing and coordinating complex programmes, including training on a range of topics. He has developed and delivered training programmes for various sectors, designing effective materials that communicate learning objectives and meet the needs of the audience.

In his spare time, Keith lavishes an inordinate amount of attention on his rescue dog, but when he can tear himself away, he likes seeing new theatre productions.
