I am delighted to be helping to recruit the young champions for the Stand Out youth steering group. I will be giving my time and expertise as a talent professional to the programme and will be encouraging the young people to be bold. My involvement in Stand Out gives me a chance to be involved in the local community and engage with and encourage young people while raising BT’s profile.
