Women into Home Building programme: Designed by the home building industry, this programme introduces women to a career in site management. During the programme you will learn what working in the home building industry looks like, attending training, insight sessions, and a two-week work placement. You will gain hands-on experience, build industry knowledge, and connect with potential employers.
The programme is an HBF initiative, delivered by Pathway CTM and in partnership with UK home builders.
We welcome applications from all parts of the community, including career returners, career changers, women already working in the industry, and those looking for a fresh challenge.
