Make a difference as a Housekeeping Specialist
As well as carrying out your core Housekeeping Assistant duties, you will be responsible for the delivery of high housekeeping standards, including Health & Safety, across guest, colleague, and visitor areas. You will assist the Team Leaders with promoting great customer service and developing our Housekeeping Assistants. You will play a key role, particularly on changeover days, where you will lead and work with a team to ensure all areas meet PGL standards.
Is this you?
We’ll support you in achieving your goals, including all the training you need to be confident in your role. However, you will already be a Housekeeping Assistant with at least three months experience and COSHH trained.
Previous experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position but you’ll naturally be able to motivate, encourage and bring out the best in others.
