Salary: £27,426 + 15% weekend allowance

Hours: 39 hrs per week

Working hours:

• Mon–Thu: 07:30 – 16:00
• Fri: 07:30 – 15:00
• Weekends: 1 in 3 on a rota (07:30 – 15:30)

The role
Permanent position carrying out general maintenance and handyperson duties at HMP Deerbolt. You’ll support trades and help keep the site safe and running smoothly.

Duties

• General maintenance & repairs
• Supporting on‑site trades
• Basic building / DIY tasks

What you’ll need

• All‑round maintenance or DIY experience
• Reliable, organised and a team player
• Willingness to learn

Prison security clearance and Standard DBS required (fully supported by Amey).
