This sign on incentive is for experienced drivers joining the company with a full PCV licence, that they have held for a minimum of 12 months, along with a valid CPC qualification.

Pay & Progression
£15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026
£15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026
£15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027
Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622.80 rising to £604.50 per week / £31,434 per year by early 2027! (pro rata for part-time)
Overtime is available to boost earnings

What We’re Looking For
Full UK Cat D driving licence and valid CPC (max 6 points)
Minimum 1-year PCV driving experience
Friendly and reliable
Right to work in the UK (DVLA requirement: 183+ days presence)
