Asha Musoni – Chief People Officer, CBI
Asha joined the CBI in April 2024 as their Chief People Officer, with over 18 years of public sector experience across a broad range of roles.
She is a seasoned people and change professional having developed people programmes and strategies in periods of immense organisational change.
Personally, she’s invested in the social progression of women and young people, having previously held trustee roles in these areas.
Asha is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an accredited Strengths Coach. She has an MSc in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, and an LLB in Law from Queen Mary University of London.
