Information we collect

When you register we'll ask for your email, postcode, date of birth, contact telephone number and a password so we can give you a secure account and notify you of relevant work experience programmes.

Optionally — and only with your consent — you can also share your gender and ethnic origin. This is Special Category data under UK GDPR and is used purely for statistical reporting. Not providing it does not affect your ability to register.

Children and young people

Some of our services, programmes and competitions are used by young people and students. Where we process the personal data of children (anyone under 18) we apply additional safeguards: age-appropriate language, only the data we strictly need, and particular care over competitions, incentives or XP-based tiers.

Lawful basis
