Jack Speckman – Head of Employer Engagement & Regional
Development
Jack joined MTW in October 2022. He brings nearly 10 years of experience working in positions that solely focus on getting people into work. These roles have provided him with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both employers and workers. None more so than his 7 years working for K10, a social enterprise that specialises in construction apprenticeships for young people. Jack’s first-hand experience of dealing with youth unemployment means he is well-equipped to support and drive MTW’s mission.
Jack is based in London, is a lover of dogs and going to gigs, but his main passion is football. Outside of work, he helps manage a Saturday team that he also plays for, which is helping him train for the London marathon.
